God Calls You Worthy Before You Feel Ready

Scripture: “The One who calls you is faithful…” — 1 Thessalonians 5:24

We often wait to feel ready before we believe we are worthy.

But God doesn’t wait for your readiness, He calls you in the middle of your uncertainty.

If worthiness came from feeling prepared, none of us would ever step forward.

God calls you knowing your doubts, your fears, and your questions and still says, “Come.”

Your calling is not confirmation of your perfection. It is confirmation of His faithfulness.

You don’t have to have it all together.
You just have to be willing.

Readiness is not a requirement obedience is.

Reflection:
What has God been calling me to that I’ve been delaying because I don’t feel ready?

What has he been putting in my heart? Who to serve, to encourage?

Prayer:
Lord, help me trust Your call more than my feelings. Give me the courage to say yes, even when I feel unprepared.

When I feel like I’m not ready. Amen.
